Analyst Team Lead - Inventory & Data Management
Flügger is a proud supplier to professional painters and quality-conscious consumers. We are at the forefront of the movement toward a greener construction industry and support professional painters through partnerships, high-quality products, and inspiring design.
Our mission is to develop, manufacture, market, and sell paint, wood protection products, wallpaper, painting tools, and much more—all in professional quality—while helping our customers find the best solutions.
We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied.
Are you passionate about turning data into direction, shaping inventory strategy, and leading a team that plays a central role in our S&OP success? We’re looking for an Analyst Team Lead to drive our inventory development, strengthen our data governance, and elevate the analytical backbone of our Supply Chain Planning organization.
This is a key role with broad impact — from steering strategic initiatives to ensuring operational excellence across markets. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement go hand in hand, this might be your next step.
What you’ll lead and own
- Inventory strategy and performance improvements — Develop and maintain inventory target settings for all finished goods, and ensure raw material safety stock updates together with our E2E planners. Identify improvement opportunities across stores, warehouses, and value streams to secure healthy stock levels.
- Replenishment leadership — Lead store and inter‑company replenishment across countries, ensuring strong performance, continuous engagement with Commercial teams, and stocking policies that follow sales trends and capacity.
- Data governance — Lead the development of a strong data foundation for item creation and future governance processes.
- Tool & report development — Continuously improve BI reports, master data reports, and planning tools in collaboration with your team. KPI reporting and updating Executive S&OP presentations.
- Cross-functional projects — Participate in and facilitate projects across master data, warehouses, and product management
- Lead the team by coaching analysts and master data specialists (consisting of three team members), aligning financial and S&OP forecasts, developing inventory strategies and what‑if scenarios, and driving initiatives that strengthen replenishment performance and reduce aging stock.
What we hope you will bring
You are a structured, analytical leader who enjoys connecting dots across functions. You know how to turn data into decisions, and you’re comfortable facilitating discussions that drive alignment. You enjoy developing people just as much as developing processes — and you’re motivated by seeing your team succeed.
In bullets, you could be a good fit if you have:
- Full professional proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
- Solid experience within S&OP, supply chain planning, inventory management, or a related analytical field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear direction and decisions
- Experience working with BI tools, planning systems, or master data environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- A structured, proactive approach and the confidence to facilitate cross‑functional discussions
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Experience with project management is an advantage.
You may have an educational background within Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Science, Business Analytics or similar, however, this is not a requirement.
Why join Flügger?
You’ll step into a role with real influence, a broad mandate, and the opportunity to shape how we work with inventory, data, and planning across markets. You’ll be part of a collaborative, ambitious Supply Chain Planning team that values both professionalism and a positive, down‑to‑earth working culture. Further, we also offer:
- An exciting and varied workday in a dynamic organization, with opportunities for sparring at a high professional level — both internally and with our external partners
- Strong opportunities for competence development and personal growth
- Broad collaboration across the group
- Access to free on‑site training facilities, a massage scheme, and an active staff association that regularly hosts social events for the whole company
- A great canteen (if we do say so ourselves)
- An informal, down‑to‑earth work environment where we celebrate both the big and small moments
- Easy access with parking and public transport right at the door
- The chance to become part of a well‑established, publicly listed Danish group with international activities — spanning the full value chain and filled with passionate, skilled colleagues at every step.
