BI Data Warehouse Specialist with Microsoft BI stack experience

Your profile and qualifications

Primary Focus:

• EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) Development: To succeed in this role you must have experience in building and maintaining an enterprise-level data warehouse.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Microsoft SQL or similar database query language: Proficiency in working with SQL for querying, data manipulation, and database management is crucial for this role.
• Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services or similar application: Experience in using an integration tool to support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is important.
• Task solving: A structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks while meeting deadlines and adhering to governance is required.
• Technical Proficiency: We will favour strong technical skills and the ability to handle challenges with a logical and analytical mindset.
• Communication: The ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders across the organization is a requirement. Fluency in the Danish and English languages is necessary for effective communication.

In summary, the ideal candidate for this job should have a strong background in EDW development, be proficient in Microsoft SQL and SSIS, possess technical aptitude and analytical thinking, and be an effective communicator. Department

As a member of the BI and IT Integration team at Flügger headquarters in Rødovre, you are an essential part of Group IT in Flügger Group A/S. Your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless integration between Business Intelligence (BI) systems and the overall IT infrastructure. This integration is crucial to handling the complex IT landscape within the company, which involves dealing with substantial data volumes and performance requirements.

In your role, you will be reporting to the BI Manager, who oversees the team's operations and projects. The team consists of four people, including yourself, and together, you all work towards making a positive impact within the company's IT infrastructure and BI systems.
