Business Process Architect
Flügger is a proud supplier to the painting profession and quality-conscious consumers. We are at the forefront of the movement towards a greener construction industry and support the professional painter through partnerships, quality products and inspiring design. Our job is to develop, produce, market and sell paints, wood preservatives, wallpaper, painting tools and much more in professional quality, while helping our customers find the best solutions.
We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied.
Are you energized by shaping smarter ways of working and do you enjoy turning complexity into clarity? Then this role gives you the platform to make a real impact. Flügger is on an ambitious transformation journey, and you’ll be at the heart of it.
About the role
Flügger is entering a defining phase of our transformation journey, and we’re looking for a Business Process Architect who can bring strategic clarity, cross‑functional influence, and strong ownership to the table.
For the first 2–3 years, you’ll play a central role in our major ERP Replacement program – a cornerstone initiative that will shape Flügger’s operational backbone for the next decade.
In this high‑visibility role, you’ll help design the end‑to‑end process landscape that powers our future operating model. Working across functions, regions, and business units, you’ll create coherent, scalable, and standardized processes that align with enterprise‑level goals and directly influence how we execute, collaborate, and deliver value. Given the extensive collaboration across the Nordic regions and Poland, strong communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages as well as English are essential.
You’ll report to the VP, Planning & Logistics and work closely with senior leaders, Business Process Owners, and IT.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how robust processes drive performance and who can translate strategic ambition into practical, future‑ready ways of working.

- Support solution design, SIT/UAT testing, training preparation, and go live readiness
- Strong communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and English, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders across the Nordic organization.
What you bring
You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. You are comfortable challenging the status quo, driving alignment, and making decisions that balance standardization with business pragmatism.
- Strong experience in end-to-end business process design, mapping, and optimization
- Proven ability to build and maintain process governance models, ownership structures, and process controls
- Manage stakeholders effectively, aligning expectations, facilitating informed decision-making, and maintaining strong, trust based relationships across all organizational levels
