Are you up for a colorful mission? We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer!

Join us in Flügger as our new Senior Sales Trainer, taking our skills and mindset to the next level, while working with the core of our DNA. You will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales training concepts for Commercial, encompassing train-the-trainer initiatives for commercial leaders and digital programs for stores. You will actively contribute to the development of product training with a commercial perspective and provide support on sales management and leadership development concepts within Flügger.

 

Core Responsibilities: Lift skills, mindset, sales and customer experience

•    Develop comprehensive, practical and energizing sales training concepts, including sales content and sales development programs, both digital and IRL
•    Design and deliver effective and motivating train-the-trainer programs tailored for Commercial
•    Collaborate with Talent Partner, commercial leaders and Head of Partnering/Talent to contribute to sales management and leadership development programs
•    Ensure a commercial angle is integrated into product training, enabling the combination of product knowledge with sales techniques
•    Drive tangible commercial outcomes from all training activities by deeply understanding where training generates financial results
•    Manage sales training workshops and gatherings for commercial employees and managers
•    Engage stakeholders cross-organizationally and ensure alignment across Flügger Academy in prioritizing and adapting commercial training content
•    Develop new learning programs and career paths ensuring key capabilities as competitive advantage for the business, in collaboration with internal talents and business leaders
•    Inspire and engage business leaders in learning and training activities and content creation
•    Recommend relevant approaches to measuring the impact of academy activities to ensure real, tangible results and continuous improvement of the capability agenda.

The team

People, Culture & Communications plays an important role in developing our organization with the right capabilities and strong engagement. You will join a dedicated team with a passion for people and for driving real, tangible results in the businesses we support. You will report to the Head of Nordic People Partnering & Talent. You will work mostly out of DK (Rødovre), but also across borders with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Poland. Expect 40 travel days a year.

Your palette

•    Proven track record in sales training and development leading to commercial results, preferably within the retail and/or B2B sector
•    Walk the talk in sales and sales leadership
•    Strong understanding of digital training platforms and tools
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
•    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes from training initiatives and building concepts that work in a practical setting
•    Personally, you are curious, open and focused. You most likely have no problem entering new teams because you build relationships quickly, read organizations well and build trust naturally.
