Group Quality Specialist

The Job

As our new group quality specialist in Group QHSE you will join the team of QHSE specialists responsible for setting standards, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting the local QHSE colleagues at our production sites. You will report to the Head of QHSE and work with all production sites and warehouses across countries, other group functions, suppliers and external partners.
You will work with several areas within Quality management including:
• Setting the quality standards for Flügger, based on ISO standards, legislation, and the Flügger DNA as a producer of high-quality paint, filler, and accessories
• Run and further develop the process for PFMEA and control plans
• Plan and execute internal and external assessments and audits in collaboration with colleagues in QHSE, support functions and manufacturing sites
• Communicate and train local QHSE and stakeholders across Flügger
• Set the quality standards for suppliers, and execute on QHSE assessment of suppliers, inside and outside of Europe
• Process for Claims and Non-conformity handling
• Participate in management system improvements and project manage improvement initiatives
• Secure KPI reporting and data-based improvement initiatives

Additionally, we expect you to have:
• Significant knowledge within ISO9001, preferable with a lead auditor background.
• Experience developing and driving management systems
• A broad toolbox within quality management, including non-conformity methodology, PFMEA, supplier qualifications and inbound controls
• Flair for production processes and production equipment
As colleagues, suppliers, and external partners are in various functions and countries, you are expected to thrive in a culturally diverse company, and you are fluent in both Danish and English. Some travel activity to sites and suppliers should be expected.
