About the role
As our Group Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in harmonizing and elevating our quality and process standards across our production sites and functions. You will be a part of Flüggers QHSE team and will be based either at our factory in Kolding or at our head office location in Rødovre.
A vital part of your responsibility will also be ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, securing that the correct procedures are in place and used by the organization. Translating complex performance data into clear, actionable quality reports for executive management will be another main task. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted internal consultant, supporting other global functions with process optimization, structured problem-solving, and quality methodologies. You will be supporting the development of Flüggers Global Quality Culture where operational excellence and quality ownership are embedded in everything we do.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims and quality trends, initiating corrective actions proactively
- Facilitate root cause analyses and drive CAPA activities
- Train colleagues in quality tools and foster a strong quality mindset across the organization
- Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through updated standards, procedures, and documentation
- Lead Management Review processes across sites and prepare monthly quality performance reports
- Strengthening change management practices and support process alignment
- Act as the main contact for certification bodies and coordinate external audits
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and support functions across countries

- Experience with quality management in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of QMS, continuous improvement, and root cause methodologies
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to train, influence, and support teams across functions
- A proactive, structured, and results‑oriented mindset
- Fluency in Danish and English
A background in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is an advantage.
