QHSE Specialist

What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our production sites and supply chain meet the highest standards in quality, safety, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and maintaining standards for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
- Conducting risk assessments, managing machine safety (including CE marking), and handling safety and environmental incidents.
- Monitoring compliance with environmental legislation and driving sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Leading audits, supplier qualifications, and the handling of claims and non-conformities.
- Collaborating with teams across countries to promote a behaviour-based HSE culture.
- Supporting and training local QHSE stakeholders and external partners.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious professional with:
- Certifications as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Solid experience in quality, safety, and environmental management in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and compliance with production-related legislation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and cultures.
- A pragmatic, structured approach with a flair for production processes and equipment.
Fluency in Danish and English is essential, as is the flexibility to travel to sites and suppliers when needed.
