Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist – someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting business operations, and making everyday commercial processes run smoothly.
In this role, you will support our Commercial organization in Poland by coordinating sales tools, maintaining commercial data, supporting campaigns and reporting, and ensuring that operational processes are efficient and well-organized. It's a role for someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and enjoys working with many different stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Commercial organization in daily operational activities
- Coordinating sales tools, commercial procedures, and customer-related information
- Preparing reports and supporting sales and marketing initiatives, campaigns, meetings, and training sessions
- Supporting users in working with commercial software and sales tools
- Coordinating price lists, pricing updates, and commercial data for Flügger stores
- Maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting administrative processes related to commercial operations
- Monitoring market trends and supporting commercial improvement initiatives
- Providing operational support for sales-related inquiries
- Cooperating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Experience in commercial support, sales operations, commercial excellence, or similar administrative/operational role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confidence in working with data, reports, and administrative processes
- Very good attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Proactive mindset – you look for improvements, not just follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and good working knowledge of English
