Who are you?

You have some experience in IT support or service desk roles, providing technical assistance to users and resolving IT-related issues. You are a problem-solver with strong communication skills and enjoy helping others with their IT needs.

You are comfortable with providing first-line IT support, handling user account management and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You are eager to develop your technical skills and grow within an IT team.

Teamwork comes naturally to you, and you can explain technical solutions in a clear and simple way. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth IT operations.

What will you do?

 

  • Provide first-line support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Handle user account management, including password resets and access control
  • Assist in the maintenance and configuration of IT systems and applications
  • Support employees with Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other business applications
  • Document IT issues and solutions to improve internal support processes
  • Escalate more complex issues to second-line support when necessary

What do we expect?

 

  • Fluent English (plus any Scandinavian language would be a huge advantage)
  • Readiness to work in a schedule aligned with the opening hours of our shops (working in shifts, including a shift on Saturday once a month)
  • Previous experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
  • Understanding of IT security and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Interest in cloud solutions and IT infrastructure
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data security best practices is an advantage
