IT Systems Administrator

As part of the IT team, you will play a critical role in managing and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and security across our operations in five countries.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining Flügger’s IT infrastructure and systems
  • Overseeing IT security and ensuring high system uptime
  • Providing 2nd level IT support across five countries
  • Collaborating on IT strategies to support business growth and stability
  • Working in a shift system - the nature of this department requires the team to work over 24 hours

 

Your skills:

  • Proven experience in IT administration, including infrastructure and systems management
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and network stability
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage IT operations across multiple locations
  • Fluent English both in spoken and written form
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and knowledge around Linux is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AX ERP and MS SQL is a plus
