Marketing Graphic Designer
At Flügger, design is more than making things look good. It's about creating clear, consistent communication that strengthens one brand across many markets.
We're looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who enjoys combining creativity with precision. Someone who can create new ideas when needed but is just as comfortable adapting existing materials while following our Brand Guidelines.

What you'll be doing
- Designing and adapting marketing materials for digital and print
- Adapting global campaigns for different markets, languages and formats
- Creating POS materials, sales collateral, presentations and retail communication
- Preparing files for print and working with external suppliers
- Keeping all materials visually consistent with our Brand Guidelines
- Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Product Management and external partners
- Looking for ways to improve how we create and deliver marketing materials
What we're looking for
- Experience working in an advertising agency or an in-house marketing department
- Experience designing materials for both digital and print
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Good eye for design, typography and detail
- Ability to build on existing ideas while maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to adapt designs across different formats, channels and languages
- Good organization and comfort in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Enjoyment of working with different teams and is open to feedback
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools supporting creative work (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Magnific or Runway)
- Basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
- Motion design and simple animations (Adobe After Effects or similar)
- Figma
- Experience designing for international brands or retail environments
