Are you keen on working across borders in a Scandinavian, family-founded business? As an international Rewards Lead at Flügger, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our reward structures and programs. You will also analyse HR data to provide insights that drive informed decision-making within the organization across countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation structures and strategies.

You will work in a diverse team located in Poland, Denmark and Sweden. You will have a split reporting line to the global Chief HR Officer (deliveries) and local Senior HR Manager in Poland (daily support). Together with CHRO you will develop our reward strategy and ensure implementation, working with leaders and passionate specialists, both in HR and across the business.

While you will be based in our Gdańsk office, you will have a window into all our Scandinavian countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland.

Key Responsibilies

 

  • Design and implement incentive and bonus programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices, incl. alignment with both EU and local legislation
  • Drive the yearly salary regulation processes in collab with the rest of HR and Finance.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on employee trends, turnover, and engagement, pay trends etc.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
  • Continuously develop our reward praxis, ensuring competitiveness, alignment with pay principles, the right level of transparency etc.

 

You will be a key contributor to our CSRD work on the people side.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, HR analytics, and related roles
  • Solid knowledge of compensation principles, including job levelling, salary surveys, and benefits administration (certifications are preferred)
  • Proficient practical knowledge of the platforms of the major market data/salary survey providers (e.g. Mercer/WTW/Korn Ferry/PayFactors)
  • Strong knowledge of labour lows and regulations in Poland and at least one Scandinavian country
  • Fluent English (obligatory)
  • Education: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • In-depth experience with Success Factors or Workday
  • Readiness for 30-40 business travel days
