About Us
At Flügger, our Export department contributes to the overall strategy of developing current international markets, as well as entering new potential regions. Our dedicated Export team works closely together at our offices in Gdańsk and in our HQ in Denmark, where we treasure teamwork, initiative and fun working climate very high.
About the role
In this role, you’ll have a direct influence on Flügger’s development. You will reach out to potential clients and build long-term relationships with them. We want you to be creative in your approach and have the courage to push the organization across borders.
You will report to the Export Sales Manager, who is based in our HQ in Denmark, but you will be supported by the colleagues from your team in the Gdańsk office.
As our Export Sales Representatives, you’ll be busy with tasks like:
- Ensuring the development and distribution of products
- Approaching new customers, building relationships based on reliable partnerships
- Development of new customers within a category
- Re-selling to existing customers and maintaining relationships
- Participation in industry events, fairs, etc.
- Travelling for business
Requirements
- Fluency in English and a second language (you’ll have a huge advantage in the process with Arabic, Turkish or any language from the Balkan region)
- Solid experience in B2B sales
- Strong focus on achieving results
- Ease of customer engagement and sales orientation
- Motivation to work with sales targets, KPIs and commission
- Readiness for frequent business trips
- Driving License category B would be an advantage
