Your Impact

  • Architecture & Design: Collaborate with the technical lead to define microservices and front-end architectures.
  • Full-Stack Development: Use React (new projects) and Vue (existing products) on the front-end, and build Python-based microservices on the back-end.
  • Modernization: Replace legacy PHP services with scalable, cloud-native solutions.
  • Integration & Scalability: Leverage an ESB and composable architecture to integrate seamlessly and scale reliably.
  • Mentorship & Culture: Mentor a junior front-end developer, engage in code reviews, and influence engineering best practices.

 

Your Profile

  • Experience: 5-7+ years of relevant experience
  • Front-End: Strong React skills; familiarity with Vue is a plus.
  • Back-End: Proficient with Python and microservices; understanding of CI/CD and containerization (Docker, K8s).
  • Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure Cloud or similar, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tools.
  • Architecture & AI: Understanding of M.A.C.H. principles and interest in incorporating AI/ML solutions to improve user experiences, personalization, or automation.
  • Soft Skills: Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and initiative.

 

Team & Work Environment

Join four developers (one junior front-end, three back-end) and enjoy autonomy while aligning with a technical lead. If remote, expect 5-6 yearly visits to Gdańsk or Copenhagen for workshops and team-building.
