Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Tactical Procurement Specialist – someone who will take responsibility for operational procurement processes and supplier coordination within our Commercial organization.
In this role, you will support and improve how we work with external suppliers – from contracts and processes to daily operational cooperation. It’s a mix of structure, coordination, and real impact on how procurement works in practice.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating procurement processes and supporting the Commercial organization in daily operations
- Maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers and ensuring smooth cooperation
- Preparing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts
- Verifying supplier performance, pricing, and compliance with contract terms
- Supporting order-related processes and ensuring delivery consistency
- Managing documentation and contract administration (creation, registration, archiving)
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Monitoring the market and identifying potential new suppliers
- Supporting the development and improvement of procurement processes, tools, and procedures
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, regional teams)
What are we looking for?
- Confidence in working with suppliers, contracts, and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good organization and sense of ownership over your area
- Proactive mindset – you look for improvements, not just follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and good working knowledge of English
